Steve has been in the real estate business for 18 years and has shared his wealth of experience with Elders Paddington since 2004. He’s the Principal for our Elders Morayfield office and Company Manager for both Morayfield and Paddington offices. Steve’s leadership offers invaluable support and guidance to his high achieving team.
Steve’s down to earth and honest nature has seen him build strong and trusting relationships with his clients. His advice is unfailingly accurate and fair to all parties. Steve is particularly passionate about preventing and resolving conflicts between property stakeholders, and uses his extensive communication skills to make sure everyone is aware of their obligations and rights.
Before moving into real estate, Steve was a building industry professional, so he understands the potential of a home or piece of land better than most.
In his spare time, Steve creates his own line of unique furniture pieces and does some garden landscaping.
