We have been serving the local community for 19 years selling and renting properties throughout South East Queensland that range from new developments to established properties.  Paddington is justly famed for its vibrant streetscapes, unique shopping, array of restaurants, great schools and proximity to the CBD. We’re as passionate about Paddington as the locals and our clients because we live here too.

A family business which was first established in 2004 in the heart of Paddington on Given Terrace where we still reside today, Elders Paddington became an Elders franchise in 2015. With the backing of a trusted national brand behind us, we have an extensive network of experts and resources to tap into. Combined with our local focus, down-to-earth and approachable attitude, you get the best of both worlds.

Elders Paddington is an active member of the local community. You’ll find us supporting local primary school events, contributing books and play equipment to childcare centres and kindergartens.  We love getting involved in community events and providing support to other local businesses too. We have a lot of fun annually supporting the ‘1200km’s for Kids’, this bike ride from Brisbane to Sydney raises funds for the Humpty Dumpty Foundation, Children’s Hospital Foundation and Lady Cliento Children’s Hospital.

We’re headed by Principal Anna dos Santos, who has lived in Paddington for 25 years and been with us since the inception of the office 14 years ago. Anna is widely recognised for her strong organisational skills and wonderful rapport with the people she meets in the widespread community. She is backed with a team of seven, each of whom brings passion and experience to their roles.  With over 83 years combined real estate experience and local knowledge, Elders Paddington can help you through every step of preparing and marketing your property for sale or rent.
